Tina McKay is a Real Estate Broker at John L. Scott with a decade of experience. Her expertise in staging, remodeling, and design gives her clients confidence and reassurance that all of their bases are covered.
Tina offers service for new construction, residential, commercial, condominiums and land. She is skilled in handling complicated transactions from estates, family disputes, and much more. Tina is always available to assist clients and ensure that their needs are being met. Tina considers herself a professional problem solver and can help counsel and provide guidance.

When marketing a home for sale, Tina offers staging and design consultations, professional photos, Matterport and drone images to showcase the best aspects of a property. She promotes her listings with all of the latest tools available such as mailers in the neighborhood, online marketing to a worldwide audience, open houses (when allowed), video open house tour on the day of launch, fully loaded signage, hand sanitizing stations in home, and so much more!
As lifelong community members Tina sponsors multiple charities including Vision House, Help Hope Live, Left Behind K9 Rescue, the Alzheimer’s Association and many others. She also sponsors multiple food and blood drives throughout the year to support those in need in the local community. Tina is involved with The Renton Chamber of Commerce as well.
Tina enjoys cooking, entertaining, travel and gardening. Family is considered her number one priority and she loves spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren.
Renton
Renton sits on the southeast shore of Lake Washington and at the junction of three major highways: I-5, I-405 and State Route 167. That means we have easy access to Seattle, Bellevue, SeaTac airport, and the rest of the Puget Sound area. Renton was incorporated in the early 1900s, but we really started to grow when Boeing started building planes here during World War II. In the decades since, many large corporations have set up homes here, including Paccar, which makes Kenworth and Peterbilt commercial vehicles. The downtown core has been revitalized and is now home to the Piazza. During the summer, the Piazza hosts a farmers market, but there are events here throughout the year. Renton has homes of all styles Luxury homes on the water or in the Highlands, condos and townhouses overlooking Lake Washington, and new homes in friendly neighborhoods.
